We have been home now for 24 hours. We are all still alive! I am SLOWLY recovering. I lost so much blood I am having to gradually gain strength back. This is nothing like I imagined. Daddy has been playing the mommy role and I just kind of sit back and admire until its food time! I haven't even changed a diaper yet. I am really not too worried about it though, I figure I will have my fair share.
A bath is about as much activity as I can handle. It zaps it all out of me. Doctor said I am not really allowed to do anything this week. I am able to make it down the stairs in the morning and back up at night. I feel like a little old lady wobbling around.
Pain medicine is a great gift from God! So are husbands and our mommies! Granny got to stay up with Balen last night and Grandma Terrie has been here today. Overall I am feeling better. Tara came to visit today and it was fun to get to see someone. Little Balen is precious, even when he screams!
He's so pretty!!! Congrats to you both! I'm just now getting caught up with blogs...what a wonderful thing to see when I was able to get back on the computer!!!
